Automatically detects when a subscribed Steam Workshop mod updates, and restarts your server to apply it (with an in-game warning first if players are online).

Caps how often the Mod Auto-Update Watcher is allowed to restart your server, no matter how many mod updates are detected in between. Useful if you run a lot of mods that update frequently.
